- Set the trip’s dates. With the last day as the end, the countdown keeps going during the trip (“happening now”) instead of stopping when you leave.
- Put the destination in the location for a map link everyone can tap.
- Use the notes for the essentials, like “Flight UA 123 · Hotel check-in 3 PM”.
- Share it with everyone going, or add it to your phone’s home screen to check on it at your desk.
Common questions
Why does it ask when the trip ends?
So it knows how long you're away: during the trip it shows "happening now" and counts down to the last day. Remove the end if you only want to count down to leaving.
Should I add my flight time?
If you like. Add the departure time where you are, and everyone sees the same moment in their own time zone.
Can it remind me before the trip?
Add it to your calendar. The downloaded calendar file (for Apple Calendar or Outlook) includes reminders the day before and when it starts.
